Due to recent upgrades in our email server, some users may be experiencing difficulty checking or sending e-mail. If you find yourself in this position, and use Outlook Express as your mail client, then the suggestions below may be of help:
I receive an error checking mail
I receive an error sending mail
I can check my mail, but nothing is there!
I receive an error checking mail
1. In Outlook Express, click the 'Tools' menu, and select the item
'Accounts'
2. Click the 'Mail' tab at the top of the resulting "Accounts
Window"
3. Click 'Properties' (on the right hand side of the window)
4. Click the 'Servers' tab
5. Uncheck the option: "log on using secure password
authentication"
6. Click OK
7. Click Close
I receive an error sending mail
1. In Outlook Express, click the 'Tools' menu, and select the item
'Accounts'
2. Click the 'Mail' tab at the top of the resulting "Accounts
Window"
3. Click 'Properties' (on the right hand side of the window)
4. Click the 'Servers' tab
5. Uncheck the option: "my server requires authentication"
6. Click OK
7. Click Close
I can check my mail, but nothing is there!

5. Change the text-field "incoming mail(POP3)" to 'pop.lgisp.net'
6. Change the text-field "outgoing mail(SMTP)" to 'smtp.lgisp.net'
6. Click OK
7. Click Close
